Roots in rural Texas
I grew up in Boerne, Texas with two older brothers and an older sister on ten acres that encouraged creativity and independence. Early on, I found my entrepreneurial spark—making cedar walking sticks, organizing neighborhood bike events, and learning by doing.

Moving to Australia
My family lived in Canberra, Australia for several years, where I grew up alongside classmates from around the world. Between longboarding the city, organizing a skate jam, playing saxophone in jazz and school bands, and exploring places like the Great Barrier Reef, Uluru, and the Daintree Rainforest, my world expanded quickly.

Growing up between cultures
In the years between Australia, I lived in Northwest Arkansas, immersed in nature and hands-on projects. I spent my time mountain biking, selling duct-tape wallets and accessories, and renovating a boat alongside my dad.

Coming of age in Austin, TX
Austin became a grounding chapter where I played tennis at Westwood High School and absorbed the city’s live music culture. I later graduated from Texas State University while balancing leadership as a fraternity president and experience as an education consultancy intern. During this time, I also helped scale operations and develop a strong team at Austin’s flagship Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ location, gaining hands-on experience in leadership and growth.

Moving to Taiwan
I moved to Taiwan to challenge myself and deepen my cultural understanding after befriending a kind auntie near the Texas State campus. While exploring the island, teaching English, and transitioning into wireless testing, a tech event sparked my interest in edge AI and led me to begin studies at NCCU.
